Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will revert to the Free plan.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a 7-day free trial on the Pro plan for new subscribers. No credit card is required to start the trial — you will only be billed if you decide to continue.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure Stripe payment processor.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the change takes effect immediately and you are billed a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

Is my data safe?

Your family data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices and never share or sell your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?

Yes! Historical societies, nonprofit genealogical organizations, and libraries may qualify for a 40% discount on the Institution plan. Contact us to apply.
